Remember there are several of these 'blue' 'gold' 'black' books put out by various companies. Some are intended for dealers, other for banks so loan officers can decide if you are borrowing more than the percentage of the average wholesale price they allow. Ask your bank loans officer for a look at theirs The HUB Cigar store on Whyte Ave sells a Gold Book with Canadian values. They keep this at the till, not on the magazine racks.
