Buy Used Cars Online

Q.I wrecked my car like a week ago, and i need a place online where i can buy used cars under 4,000. That is the reason i dont want to go to some used car website, i'd rather buy one from somebody, instead of a dealer. Preferably i'd want a car with hydrolics, and close to Michigan.

A.I've seen... well how can I put this without offending anyone... People of Spanish/Indian descent here in Arizona who put 12" gold wire rims with 1" high wall tires on their Ford Mustang, lower the things and put hydros on it, I pity those cars, as they have been ruined.
