Q.Do any of you have access to several good, used late model police cars? How about an armored car? A good associate of ours in Samoa (yes, the one in the South Pacific), a private investigator, is trying to gain brownie points by assisting the local police department in locating some used police vehicles. The armored car is for a new start up business in Samoa. I will assist in some of the shipping arrangements, but need to source the vehicles first.
A.Contact the San Antonio, Texas Police Department. They rotate their fleet every 65k miles, which makes them one of the lowest mileage used police fleets around. They sell them at auction about once a year.
