Cheap Used Car Prices
Q.Not that im complaining, but used car prices seem to be getting better all the time. The weekend paper has ads for 2000 commodores $19K 2000 Falcons for $16K, Magnas for a song. I remember back in '91 paying $13K for an 87 VL Commodore!! Why are used car prices so cheap?
A.our buying power has increased over the last few years . mostly because of cheaper new cars and factory discounting - the hyundai's were very popular in the mid 90's for that reason, people thought better about paying 12 grand for an 86 laser when they could buy a brand new Hyundai . This type of trend has continued and dumped many used car prices. Never been a better time for to buy - I've just sold my(new) car to take advantage of it and save big $$$ . Now to decide what to buy.
