Q.I want to buy a car in US. Which state has the lowest used car prices? Thanks? Are there any states that generaly have lower prices than the others? Or are the prices same all over US? Thanks for your help

A.Generally, same all over, other than specialty cars in certain markets, for example 2 wheel drive trucks are cheap in the NE especially this time of year.
