Honda Used Car Prices

Q.I'm going off to school in the fall and so I'll be needing to buy my first car. I've decided to buy my parents' Accord off of them, so I'd like to know what the car is worth (please, no bickering will be involved, what i offer them is what they take, so i want a fair price). It's an '89 Honda Accord, two door hatchback, LX model, and has 51,000 miles on it. Power windows, GREAT stereo (with tape deck), air conditioning, new tires, in good shape. I was in an accident with it a few years ago and the right side of the car was smashed in (major damage), but that was repaired and the car has been fine since. .
