A.Some of the cars are only offered as used cars anyway. If you're referring to the cars you buy for racing purposes, you may get some hop-up parts in used cars. You can always buy, repair, and sell used cars to accumulate enough money to buy new cars and parts if you want (or download a program to patch the amount of money in your account). Performance of the cars should be the same new or used as long as they have the same parts and settings.
