Q.Where do you look to find used auto parts?

A.This is a GREAT site. http://car-part.com/ Look in the phone book for the name/nunber/location of local "junk yards". (they no longer like to go by that name, many are now called "auto recycling centers") Also, check w/ local parts stores. My husband and I have found that many times the "yards" actually charge MORE for a part than what the stores sell new/reconditioned.
