The Best Used Car To Buy

Q.I have completed the License B mode. I bought a Supra MA70 used. After about 30 attempts i finally won the Sunday tour. I found that the Supra MA70 loved to do spinouts every chance it could especially in that first round of the Sunday tour. The Demio A car you win is beyond useless - sure it stays on the road but it goes so slow. I kept it and wonder if its worth putting money in and making it a sports car. I bought a used Nissan VSPEC II. It appeared to be the best used car available. Here are the problems: as soon as i could i turned the Nissan into a sports car (85,000). Now i am buying it parts. So far i bought all the engine parts but somehow it won't allow me to buy the NU engine parts. Why can't i buy these?
