Q.I am looking for the all silver snowflake wheels with the exposed bolts. I've seen only a few on older Golf GLs (maybe an upgrade option). 4x100 tires optional (better without), unless they have hakkepolitas on 'em! anyone have a line on some i could get? just want them for snows, and i'm in the northeast (eastern mass, regularly in albany, and danbury CT too)

A.I might have 2 of them, can't remember, I'll take a look this weekend. If I still have them, they'll have worn out tires on them, they'll be cheap and you'll have to pick them up in Fall River, MA. A couple of yards that you can call in eastern MA with a good variety of VW's are Self Serve Used Auto Parts in Lakeville and Thad's Auto Salvage in Westport. Thad's tends to be on the expensive side, but usually have whatever I need if no one else does. General Auto in Tiverton, RI is pretty good too.
