I would suggest, if you or your father have the ability, to build your own stand and canopy, but beware of the weight you are dealing with regarding a stocked aquarium (nothing worse then coming home one day and the first step into your house is onto a puddle). Do all the reading and research before you or your parents spend a penny, it will save you money and frustration in the end.
