Archery Tactics For Tree Hunters

Okay, you have been shooting for weeks or months on end. You have your 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60-yard pins set and you’re hitting a dime at those yardages. But now it is time to climb into the tree. Here is where I found that all that shooting didn’t come in handy.

I found that shooting at those angles was what I should have been working on. Here is where all archery hunters sitting in their tree blinds should be spending their time.

I suggest all tree blind hunters should spend 20-30 percent of their time shooting out of the tree. If you don’t have a tree, no problem, climb up on the house roof, stand in the back of the truck bed, and just find a way to be above your target.
